SHIPMENT

	The articles will be dispatched within 24 hours of having verified payment.
	Shipping within Spain carries a cost of 12€ for the first item and 4€ for each additional item, goods with destinations in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are sent by Nacex, whereas we use Registered Mail for destinations in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
	Shipments to Europe (EU) cost 24€ for the first article and 9€ for each additional item, we generally use FedEx International Priority (24h-48h) Shipments to Portugal cost 18€ for the first article and 9€ for each additional item, we generally use www.nacex.es (24h-48h)
	As far as shipments to other countries are concerned, please inquire about shipping costs before making your order.

PAYMENT

	The preferred method of payment is by Paypal, (this is the payment method of *ebay*. If you are not familiar with this system, we advise you to visit www.Paypal.es)
	Additionally, we accept bank giro transfer and money deposit.
	There is also the option of paying cash on delivery of the merchandise within the United Kingdom of Spain, this generates an additional fee of 3 % of the total costs, which is the equivalent of the commission charged by the transport service that we use for this type of shipments, you need to have accumulated more than 25 feedbacks and 100% positives to be entitled to using this payment method.
	Shipments outside of the EU or the Canary Islands may be subject to customs duty which we cannot be held responsible for.

GUARANTEE

	eReloj offers a 24 months' guarantee on all of its products, in accordance with the law of Warranties in the Sale of Consumer Goods (Law nº 23/ 2003 of 10 July 2003) Every sales person is required to offer warranties. INSIST ON YOUR RIGHTS.
	Please revise the information on your article, some of our simple models do not have warranty of the manufacturer, but all of our products come with a warranty issued by eReloj
	You will receive a guarantee letter of eReloj together with your purchase. This document or a print-out of the relevant ebay page are sufficient for the guarantee to be valid.

RETURN

We accept unconditional return of an article only when the product shows some kind of imperfection or damage or if you have received a different model from the one of your original bid/order. If you wish to return an item for any other reason than the ones stated, please do not hesitate to contact us (99,9 % of return requests tend to be accepted).

ANNULMENT

	If you change your mind after having made your bid, DO NOT WORRY: You can delete it or if it turns out to be impossible to do so, ask us to erase it. (It has happened to all of us). That way we can cancel the bid in time or cancel the operation once it has been finalized.
	If the bidding has already finished we will put forward a dispute which we will close on mutual agreement in order to proceed with the refund of the on behalf of ebay generated costs. (Please bear in mind that winning a bid or accepting a purchase generates costs that we have to pay *ebay*).

CONTACT

	eReloj does not carry out any operations that are not handled by ebay, do not accept any email bearing our name which offers you any kind of “strange opportunities” or any offer not published on *ebay*.
	ebay rules do not permit any direct contact between seller and buyer before the start of the actual operation (a bid that has been finalized or a purchase that has been accepted). For this reason you will never receive the delivery address confirming email of eLambda@eLambda.es before that time.
